★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente muito triste com a politica e atitudes dos funcionários do ALDO GUIA ALBUFEIRA.., ontem comprei um par de sandalhas e hoje, voltei pra trocar por um numero maior, o que nao havia, e por minha surpresa, nao podem me devolver o meu valor, e ser obrigado a levar um voucher com validade de 6 meses pra usar .. achei ridiculo esta politica e jamais voltarei comprar ou recomendar .. isto pra mim chama se de ROUBO, e a mim so o fazem uma vez..por isso alerto a todos..
 Honestly very sad with the policy and attitudes of the staff of ALDO GUIA ALBUFEIRA .., yesterday I bought a pair of sandals and today, I returned to exchange for a larger number, which there was not, and to my surprise, they cannot return my value, and be obliged to take a voucher valid for 6 months to use .. I found this policy ridiculous and I will never buy or recommend it again .. this to me is called THEFT, and they only do it once..so alert everyone ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O funcionário não explicava com clareza. O sapato não ficava bem e ele ofereceu alargar o sapato um pouco e nós concordamos. Ele disse que faria aquilo só quando pagassem e assim fizemos. Esperamos meia hora para o sapato ser pronto e fomos para recebê-lo. A minha mãe experimentou e ainda estava apertado por isso pedimos para devolver o dinheiro. Por quê
que ele não disse com antecedência que não se podia devolver o sapato e o dinheiro? Como nós podiamos saber que não se podia?! Nós já fomos obrigados a comprá-lo. Se ele informasse antes de comprarmos, isto não iria acontecer.
Reclamava ser obrigado a fazer a sua parte e ainda quando queríamos receber o sapato, o funcionário não foi gentil a empacotar o sapato.
The official did not explain clearly. The shoe didn't look right and he offered to widen the shoe a bit and we agreed. He said he would do that only when they paid and we did it. We waited half an hour for the shoe to be ready and went to receive it. My mom tried it and it was still tight so we asked to return the money. Because
that he didn’t say in advance that the shoe and money couldn’t be returned? How could we know that we couldn't ?! We have already been forced to buy it. If he informed us before we bought, this would not happen.
He claimed to be forced to do his part and even when we wanted to receive the shoe, the employee was not kind to pack the shoe.
