Troquei por outro que abaixa o volume até zero mesmo não tendo botão de volume. A vendedora ainda diz que o problema é do telemóvel que funciona perfeitamente bem com fone de outra loja.
The headphones at this store always give a very strange error. One of them activated google voice even though he didn't have a microphone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tourists be warned, DO NOT BUY ANY USB CABLES HERE! I bought a USB C cable here and it didn't work when I went to use it and because I am not based in Evora, I can't return it. Stay away and go to a regular computer or phone shop for your USB cables.
