Avevo prenotato attraverso Booking un soggiorno nel periodo 8-11 dicembre 2017 e le condizioni di prenotazione in "cancellazione gratuita" prevedevano il versamento di un acconto del 30% da me regolarmente versato attraverso trasferimento paypal. In data 17 luglio ho cancellato la prenotazione ed ho inutilmente atteso il rimborso di quanto pagato. Booking mi ha prestato tutta l'assistenza possibile, fino a che dopo due mesi ho ricevuto il mio rimborso proprio da Booking, che probabilmente avrà aperto una controversia con la struttura che ha utilizzato tutti gli strumenti possibili per procrastinare il pagamento, finanche le comunicazioni esclusivamente in portoghese, quando con me in privato la struttura ha correttamente e senza alcuna difficoltà comunicato in inglese. Scorretti, non c'è null'altro da aggiungere. Se avete valide alternative, state lontani....... Structure managed by absolutely unfair people. I had booked through Booking a stay in the period 8-11 December 2017 and the booking conditions in "free cancellation" provided for the payment of a deposit of 30% which I regularly paid through paypal transfer. On July 17th I canceled the booking and waited for the reimbursement of the amount paid. Booking gave me all possible assistance, until after two months I received my own reimbursement from Booking, which probably will have opened a dispute with the structure that used all the possible tools to postpone the payment, even the communications exclusively in Portuguese, when with me in private the structure has correctly and without any difficulty communicated in English. Incorrect, there is nothing else to add. If you have valid alternatives, stay away .......
Ч	Чегевара on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Место не плохое, я бы сказал хорошее, НО...на чердаке...6 этаж без лифта) уходя открывайте окна, запах труб или канализации...не знаю, не приятно...да ещё, шумновато вечер-утро,а так всё новое, чисто, всё не обходимое есть, да же куча мелочей, типа соль,перец,специи,чай,сахар и т.д, что удобно. Персонал 5 баллов, вифи)-ок. И самое главное при бронирование к цене автоматически добавляется плата за уборку, которую не ждёшь...если не ошибаюсь, то ли 30 то ли 50 евро...
