★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desloquei-me hoje à Alfandega e a experiência não podia ter sido pior a começar pelo sistema de senhas que estava indisponível porque dá jeito atender aqueles que conhecemos. Depois de atenderem os conhecidos e de terem tomado café aos 40min de cada vez, para meu espanto fui atendido e mal cheguei à secretaria onde a funcionária se encontrava eis que me diz: "Vem com papéis para tirar dúvidas deixe ficar o seu contacto que nos ligamos-lhe" Fico supreendido com a eficiência do atendimento público pois mesmo sem falarmos conseguem adivinhar o que nos vai na cabeca e prestar um atendimento de excelência com apenas 40 segundos!
Pena não ter ficado com o nome da funcionária porque nem tive tempo mas deixo a descrição da senhora que apresentava ter 50 e poucos anos, cabelo meio ondulado pelos ombros e óculos.
Assim se perde um dia de férias para se tentar resolver alguma coisa e nada.
Today I went to Alfandega and the experience couldn't have been worse, starting with the password system, which was unavailable because it's handy to serve those we know. After meeting the acquaintances and having breakfast at 40 minutes at a time, to my astonishment I was served and as soon as I reached the office where the employee was, she said: "Come with papers to clarify any doubts, let your contact stay with us. We call you" I'm surprised by the efficiency of the public service because even without talking, they can guess what's on our minds and provide excellent service in just 40 seconds!
Too bad I didn't keep the employee's name because I didn't even have time, but I leave the description of the lady who was in her early 50s, hair a little wavy over her shoulders and glasses.
So a day of vacation is lost to try to solve something and nothing.
