★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 3 junho de 2021 fiz check in com a Algartur para uma estadia de 8 noites no Cabanas Garden. Aquando da chegada ao apartamento deparamo-nos com:
- porta de entrada do apartamento danificada/avariada o que dificultava, em muito, a abertura/fecho da porta.
- Ar condicionado avariado
- Piscina do condomínio em reparação
- Sofá partido e roto na chaise lounge ao ponto de a espuma de enchimento estar a sair pelo sofá
O mais grave disto tudo é que a Algartur tinha, pelo menos, conhecimento que a piscina estava a ser reparada há já uma semana antes do check in e preferiu omitir a informação. O mesmo aconteceu com a porta. Sabiam que estava naquele estado e optaram por não nos informar. Quando os confrontei com isto referiram que se esqueceram de informar....
Quanto ao sofá e ao Ar condicionado afirmaram que desconheciam a situação, embora custe a acreditar. bastou-me estar dentro do apartamento 5 minutos para detectar as anomalias. Se, efectivamente, não viram o estado do sofá é porque não fazem a sua higienização, caso contrário facilmente verificavam o estado degradante do sofá.
Após reclamação, a Algartur levou 2 técnicos a casa para verificar o Ar Condiciono e a porta. No entanto o Ar condicionado tinha uma placa eléctrica queimada impossibilitando o arranjo no próprio dia e o mesmo aconteceu com a porta, que teria de ser arranjada sem ninguém em casa, pois o arranjo iria causar pó.
Perante tudo isto, e após ter solicitado alternativas, apresentaram duas soluções de apartamento fora do Cabanas Garden. Ambas as alternativas com tipologia superior à que contratei, no entanto o empreendimento, na minha opinião, fica muito aquém do Cabanas Garden.
Foi sem dúvida uma experiência negativa e que não voltarei a repetir com a Algartur.
Esta mesma reclamação seguirá para as autoridades competentes.
On June 3, 2021 I checked in with Algartur for an 8-night stay at Cabanas Garden. Upon arrival at the apartment we are faced with:
- entrance door of the apartment damaged/damaged which made it very difficult to open/close the door.
- Air conditioning broken
- Condominium pool under repair
- A broken and torn sofa in the chaise lounge to the point where the foam filling is coming out of the sofa
The most serious thing about this is that Algartur was at least aware that the pool had been repaired for a week before check-in and preferred to omit the information. The same happened with the door. They knew it was in that state and chose not to inform us. When I confronted them with this they mentioned that they forgot to inform...
As for the sofa and the air conditioning, they said they were unaware of the situation, although it is hard to believe. I only had to be inside the apartment for 5 minutes to detect the anomalies. If, in fact, they did not see the state of the sofa, it is because they did not sanitize it, otherwise they would easily check the degrading state of the sofa.
After a complaint, Algartur took 2 technicians to the house to check the Air Condition and the door. However, the air conditioning had a burnt electrical plate making it impossible to fix it on the same day and the same happened with the door, which would have to be fixed without anyone at home, as the repair would cause dust.
Given all this, and after asking for alternatives, they presented two solutions for apartments outside Cabanas Garden. Both alternatives with a typology superior to the one I hired, however the project, in my opinion, falls far short of the Cabanas Garden.
It was without a doubt a negative experience and one that I will not repeat with Algartur.
This same complaint will proceed to the competent authorities.
