★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst communication and customer service ever! We agreed that their engineer will come to service our AC on Monday 14 March in the morning. He never turned up and they did not even think of contacting us about no show.
When I emailed them, they promised for engineer to come on Tuesday 15 Mar. Here is the surprise - today is 16th and noone has showed up yet. Even more, they stopped answering my emails as well.
Disgrace of a service and I would not recommend anyone to deal with these time wasters.
