★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B composto di due sole camere con bagno privato. La posizione è comoda con la metropolitana a 300 metri. Stanze e bagno assolutamente puliti, colazione curata anche se non molto abbondante. Ma la ciliegina sono mamma e figlia che gestiscono l'attività: entrambe parlano un ottimo inglese e sono estremamente gentili; hanno una risposta a qualsiasi domanda e si fanno in quattro per aiutarti e consigliarti, non solo per quanto riguarda Lisbona, ma anche per le altre destinazioni lusitane.
In sostanza il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente buono.
 B&B composed of only two rooms with private bathroom. The location is convenient with the metro at 300 meters. Rooms and bathroom absolutely clean, breakfast taken care of even if not very abundant. But the icing is mother and daughter who run the business: both speak excellent English and are extremely kind; they have an answer to any question and they go out of their way to help and advise you, not only with regards to Lisbon, but also for other Lusitanian destinations.
In essence, the value for money is absolutely good.

Negativo: A forma como está exposto na internet levou-me a pensar que teria pequeno almoço incluído e não tinha (fui informada pela dona do apartamento que o pequeno almoço acontece mês sim e mês não). O quarto tem um cheiro desagradável e não tem chave. A casa de banho é muito longe do quarto. Ao chegar (porta por onde entram todos as pessoas) foi-nos dado indicação para descalçar os nossos sapatos e calçar umas pantufas usadas por outros. Não aceitando calçar as pantufas de outras pessoas fomos sujeitas a andar descalças num apartamento onde outros andavam descalços também....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positif: Bonne accueil des hôtes, petit point sur les endroits à visiter. Hôtes très discrètes et respectueuses des résidents. Propreté au top, organisation apprécié. Endroit calme et reposant. Check out fait avant 8h exceptionnellement car il s'agissait d'une erreur de notre part. L'hôte nous à gracieusement préparé un petit déjeuner à emporté.. Négatif: Nous ne savions pas à quel numéro sonner sur l'interphone (bouton bleu) et le téléphone ne répondait pas. Règlement intérieur un peu militaire mais bon ce n'est pas un hôtel :) Pas de check out avant 8h, il faut rentrer avant 1h du matin (fermeture de la maison), pas de bruit après 22h, pas de nourritures dans les chambres (bien lire fiche Booking :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff was very helpful. There was a person welcoming me and explaining me all the rules. He showed me the whole place and offered me few leaflets about Lisbon and a map. We had a defective fan and they replaced it. The place is actually a house with 2 rooms and 2 separate bathrooms which it wasn't a problem for us but might not be ideal for others. We were the only ones for most of the time. The house was very clean and the room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. We also had a shared fridge. If you book here keep in mind that your room won't be lockable from outside (you can from inside )though there is a very small safe. It wasn't a problem for us and we completely trusted the owner.. Negative: Not relevant for our stay but as I said you cannot lock your door when you leave and it actually is a house more than a b&b. You have to pay an extra staying tax of 2 euros per day for each person..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: My stay at Alkimya Dream B&B was excellent, especially because after you arrive you are provided with all the info about Lisbon you need depending on your travel preferences. I realized later that Sofia conducts sort of an interview both by email with her initial contacts and once you arrive. When I told her my travel goals, she and her mother provided excellent suggestions. The other great thing is that they both really allow you your own space which is very nice. But I am sure if you left a note with further questions, they would be right there with any help. And the next thing I enjoyed was the breakfast which was setup late at nite (without you knowing) and with a lovely quote of the day provided. As for the accommodation, the double room has a firm (as I like it), comfortable bed, a desk and closet. There is no tv In the room but one is available in the living area if you need your fix. The insulation between the double (Solaris) room and the adjacent twin room is limited so keeping quiet is appreciated. The private washroom that comes with the double is a little far away (relatively speaking) but is roomy and comes with a hot shower and lots of water pressure. I very much enjoyed my stay here being out of the main tourist area and yet easily reachable with very close access to the Metro. I would definitely stay at Alkimya Dream B&B when I visit Lisbon again..
