I ended up calling when my paypal did no go through in my first order and they were just fabulous. I just put the 2 orders, they sent me the $ request to make it easier but everything was already being handled. Got a confirmation the day they were delivered and a family member actually took a picture and sent us a thank you. They were better than in the website. Very pleased and definitely saving their contact for future needs. Thsnk you
