Não dêem o vosso número de telemóvel. SMS de 15 em 15 dias com publicidade, e com toda a educação enviei e-mail para cancelar esta recepção de SMS, e obrigaram-me a imprimir uma folha e assinar por e-mail para cancelar as SMS. Nunca nenhuma entidade obrigou a tal coisa. Ridículo, e nem sei se é legal, a partir do momento em que o cliente pede por e-mail indicando todos os dados.

Fui hoje visitar a loja e é pessimo em serviço de atendimento. A senhora que me atendeu, (senhora na sua meia idade aproximadamente) foi um grande favor que me fez em me atender, pois mostrou ma cara e foi sempre antipatica em qualquer pergunta que lhe coloquei. Dos artigos em que demonstrei interesse e disse que comprava, assim que ela via o meu interesse dizia que secalhar nao tinha artigo em armazem disponivel para entrega. Passo a relembrar essa senhora que quando eventualmente nao existir stock, o produto tem de estar com um papel afixado a dizer que é ultimo ou limitado ao stock existente, pois essa informaçao tem de estar atualizada. Meteu entraves em tudo. Ate na entrega, mesmo eu dizendo que me dirigia para levantar o artigo, la vinha a conversa do stock. Achei a loja muito desorganizada e com preços de alguns artigos altos, comparado com outras lojas,mas o atendimento é que não me vou esquecer. Agora ja comprei noutro lado, e fui bem atendido e bem acompanhado desde o inicio ao fim. De realçar que a funcionaria mais nova é muito simpatica e parece ser atenciosa. Perderam 270€. Desisti da compra naquela loja, pois ate quando saí de la pedi desculpa pelo incomodo que lhe causei, dada tanta antipatia. Boa sorte nas vossas vendas! Vergonhoso.
I went to visit the store today and it sucks in customer service. The lady who attended me, (a lady in her middle age approximately) was a great favor that she did me in assisting me, as she showed a bad face and was always unsympathetic in any question I put her. Of the items in which I showed interest and said that I would buy, as soon as she saw my interest, she said that secalar did not have an item in the warehouse available for delivery. I remind this lady that when there is eventually no stock, the product must have a paper posted saying it is last or limited to the existing stock, as this information must be up to date. It got in the way of everything. Even on delivery, even though I said I was going to pick up the item, there came the conversation about the stock. I found the store very disorganized and with prices of some items high, compared to other stores, but the service is that I won't forget. Now I've bought it elsewhere, and I was well attended and well attended from start to finish. Note that the younger employee is very friendly and seems to be attentive. They lost €270. I gave up buying that store, because even when I left there I apologized for the inconvenience I caused him, given so much dislike. Good luck with your sales! Shameful.
