Top I ordered on the 14th at the end of the day, received on the 16th in the morning. Prepayment (MBWay) is okay, but not everyone is dishonest in this world.

Commande passée le 11/09/2018, argent encaissé par virement, ils me disent avoir expédié ma commande et envoyé un mail de suivi, mais je n'ai encore rien reçu le 20/10/2018, même pas ce mail. Trois relances par téléphone avec l'aide d'un ami portugais n'ont rien donné. Le colis est arrivé deux jours après avoir publié mon avis et toujours pas de mail m'avertissant de l'expédition. Étonnant, non? ATTENTION They are crooks! Order placed on 11/09/2018, money cashed by transfer, they say they have shipped my order and sent a follow-up email, but I have not received anything on 20/10/2018, not even this email. Three phone calls with the help of a Portuguese friend gave nothing. The package arrived two days after posting my review and still no email alerting me of the shipment. Astonishing, no?

Le colis était bien protégé et la destination bien indiqué, aucun problème. En plus All4Renault a en stock beaucoup de pièces rares introuvable maintenant. La langue portugaise n'est pas un problème, il y a le traducteur.... ,je recommande , merci beaucoup ,et j'espère une prochaine commande. The package was well protected and the destination well indicated, no problem. In addition, All4Renault has a lot of rare parts in stock that cannot be found now. He sent me an e-mail to tell me that he no longer had it in stock, but that he had a used one in good condition. So far so good, he sends me photos and I see that the piece is not that good. I tell him that I am not interested in the used one. Besides, I had bought 2 more pieces. Here comes the matter, he has sent me the piece along with the other 2 before we talked about the used one and I would have rejected it, with the clear intention that I desist and keep it, has given me a cat for the hare. Not recommended
C	Chris Warren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payment by IBAN is the only option for international purchases, so there's no comeback, which I suspect is a deliberate tactic. The part I ordered was meant to have 4 pieces, (2 for each side of the car) but only 2 pieces arrived for the left side. I questioned this, only to be told I needed to order another set to get all 4! Nonsense, confirmed by Renault that the part number was for a set of 4. Plus the parts for the left and right side of the car differ in design slightly - at no point was there an option to choose a side, and the parts are handed, again demonstrating I only got half of what I ordered. No replies, no help, no offer of a refund. Basically ripped me off €70 and I'm now left having to buy another (complete) set because - guess what - you CANNOT buy just one side. Avoid.
