★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for yoga today, and it was of my worst classed i ever had. Was just like streching for 1 hour. I wouldn‘t go there again. Also the roomtemperature was sooo cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to yoga today at Alma in Baleal- beautiful space, lots of natural light, and loosened me up nicely for surfing. The teacher Cecilia was fantastic as well! Very knowledgeable and passionate about the practice. Great job Alma!
