★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid like the plague. Having surrendered my driving license to them in November and having paid €175 I am still waiting for both a fatura and my IMT certificate. I have called them every day since the beginning of January and send emails every 3 days.....all to no avail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaotic and slow. They lost originals of documents meaning I had to get replacement copies. Their feedback to every query about progress is "Two weeks..." which became almost 3 years. Their advice is also sometimes incorrect, and they are expensive. In the end I bypassed them and sorted papers out myself at a cost.
