★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viemos ao ALOHA porque ja tinha tido uma boa experiencia no salao, mas nao desta vez.
Quem nos atendeu foi a Joana, que apesar de ser simpatica esteve o tempo todo a atender chamadas e a tratar de outras coisas enquanto fazia as nossas unhas.
Devido a este facto, colocou pouco cuidado nas unhas, ficando algumas tortas e o gelinho mal colocado. A amiga que veio comigo foi entretanto a outra manicure que lhe disse que ela tinha gel em vez de gelinho (o que nao foi o que nos pedimos).
O salao e agradavel e o staff simpatico mas o resultado final e o atendimento nao tiveram de acordo com as expectativas.
We came to ALOHA because I had already had a good experience in the salon, but not this time.
Who attended us was Joana, who despite being nice was all the time answering calls and taking care of other things while doing our nails.
Due to this fact, he put little care on his nails, leaving some crooked and the gelinho poorly placed. The friend who came with me, however, was the other manicurist who told her that she had gel instead of gelinho (which was not what we asked for).
The lounge is pleasant and the staff is friendly, but the end result and service were not in accordance with expectations.

A very pleasant space. All the very nice girls, a person immediately feels welcomed. Suzi has golden hands, the massages she does are of another level, I loved it, I love it and I come back whenever I can.

I have traveled around the globe twice and take my self care and body work very seriously~ she is by far one of the best therapist I have experienced. I highly highly recommend. Her knowledge of anatomy and her ability to pinpoint problem areas is amazing. Very professional and Intuitive. She is an asset to the profession.
