★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar 0 daria, completamente irresponsáveis, sem educação, meu marido australiano fez uma tradução aonde pagou 79,00 euros por um documento oficial que nao chegou na nossa morada, segundo a Alphatred não e culpa dele que o correio nao fez o trabalho dele e eles nao tem o que fazer ou seja nao existe garantia que o seu documento vai chegar nas suas mãos, detalhe que eles falam que tem garantia, isso nao e verdade, inclusive pagamos por registered post aonde voce tem que assinar o recebimento do documento, mesmo sabendo que pagamos e nao recebemos Sra.Elizangela completamente unprofessional and histerical, gritando no telefone o tempo todo e nao me deixando falar, disse que nao é "culpa dela que os correios nao entregaram na morada certa" pq ela nao trabalha la nos correios ...what a joke, save your money and time and go somewhere else. Ps. Também ate agora nao recebemos o documento em Pdf mesmo pagando por isso.
