Disseram me que nao tinham peças mesmo sem saber se precisava !!
pois nem me deixaram demonstrar o problema.
Depois de ir a outra loja de informatica explicaram me exatamente o problema
tambem estes nao tinham peças ou trabalhavam com aquela impressora. E nem precisava de nenhuma peça!!!
Basicamente estavam se a borrifar !
They did not even want to know the problem with the printer.
They told me they did not have any parts, even though I did not know if I needed them !!
because they did not let me demonstrate the problem.
After going to another computer store they explained exactly the problem
also these had no parts or worked with that printer. And I did not need any parts !!!
They were basically sprinkling!

da minha parte não recomendo.
