Bad service. I have been waiting for a year for a visit to make a budget that was requested at the company's headquarters. Having heard such good references the disappointment was huge. For me they will never have good publicity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contatei a empresa a dizer que lhe ia enviar para o mail as medidas e fotos para me darem um orçamento da mudança de janelas e porta, o senhor que me atendeu disse envie. Passados 15 dias telefonei ao qual perguntei se tinha recebido o e-mail ao qual respondeu quando chegar ao escritório vejo e lhe digo ...passou mais 15 dias e até hoje nada.. Péssimo serviço não recomendo.
I contacted the company to say that I was going to mail the measurements and photos to give me a quote for the change of windows and door, the man who answered me said send it. After 15 days I called him and asked if he had received the e-mail which he replied when I got to the office I see and I'll tell you... 15 more days have passed and nothing has been done.
