Após a minha reclamação, o adiamento sucessivo da visita para verificação dos danos, mostra que não querem substituir o material.
Apresentarei queixa em instância própria, para pedir o reembolso,
montagem, desmontagem e o envio para aterro.
Veremos se o crime não compensa.
Foi preciso insistir muito, mas trocaram o produto, por isso elevo a classificação de 1 para 3
