Assim como sou de opinião que se deve criticar quando as coisas estão mal, também acho que se deve enaltecer e elogiar quando estão bem.
Na passada semana fui, com um familiar que pretendia adquirir umas peças, ao vosso estabelecimento no Alvorge. E quero aqui dar conta do profissionalismo e simpatia da pessoa que nos atendeu (ouvi chamar pelo nome dela como sendo Fátima). Apesar de o meu familiar não ter chegado a adquirir as tais peças, saímos com a convicção de que, caso nos desloquemos ao vosso estabelecimento, pelo menos no atendimento estaremos bem servidos. Devo, já agora também referir que essa mesma funcionária, no atendimento a um casal de estrangeiros que não falavam português, ainda que com alguma dificuldade fez-se entender em inglês e pelo que me deu a perceber esse tal casal estrangeiro ficou também com uma boa impressão dessa vossa funcionária. Daí achar que devo levar ao conhecimento de quem de direito esta situação. O meu obrigado á funcionaria Fátima (presumo ser esse o seu nome) pelo atendimento.

Last week I went, with a relative who wanted to buy some pieces, to your establishment in Alvorge. And here I want to account for the professionalism and sympathy of the person who attended us (I heard her name being called Fátima). Although my family member did not buy these pieces, we left with the conviction that, if we go to your establishment, at least in the service we will be well served. I must, now, also mention that this same employee, in attending a foreign couple who did not speak Portuguese, although with some difficulty, made herself understood in English and from what I realized this foreign couple also got a good impression of your employee. Hence, I think that I should bring this situation to the attention of whoever is entitled. My thanks will work Fátima (I assume that's her name) for the service.
