I'm a week trying to contact them to start the processes, I've already sent several emails because they just don't say anything over the phone, and when I managed to align something, Quem.me even went on vacation and now no one resolves my life, so I called in Renascumenti and decided everything in the morning, with uam technical visit on the same day.
