O amplificador não está reparado e sim, vai para reparar noutro técnico, alguém que seja honesto. Quando deixei o meu amplificador para reparar nesta (vamos chamar garagem) este senhor James nem queria dar a entrada do amp, tive de ser eu a pedir. Quando paguei a inexistente reparação, não recebi, nem fatura nem recibo (porque será?).
Quando voltei à garagem a reclamar o facto de o amp continuar avariado, esperei duas semanas nas quais nada me foi dito. Entretanto liguei para pedir informações e disseram-me que esperavam componentes que demorariam 2 meses a chegar (???? falo de um amp moderno de 2019).
Estranhei o facto e disse que ia buscar o amp no dia seguinte para o colocar a arranjar em outro lado.
Quando chego para levantar o amplificador, James diz que "por milagre certamente" o amp arranjou-se sozinho quando o montaram na caixa.
Pedi para ligar o amp e obviamente continuava igual, não conseguir arranjar o amplificador é justificável, ser vigarista não tem desculpa.
Don't bring your tube amps to this place, they don't know how to fix them and they try to deceive customers.

The amplifier is not repaired and yes, it is going to be repaired by another technician, someone who is honest. When I left my amp to repair this one (let's call it garage) this gentleman James didn't even want to plug in the amp, I had to ask. When I paid for the non-existent repair, I didn't receive either an invoice or a receipt (why?).
When I went back to the garage complaining that the amp was still broken, I waited two weeks in which nothing was said to me. However, I called to ask for information and they told me they were expecting components that would take 2 months to arrive (???? I mean a modern 2019 amp).
I found this strange and said that I was going to get the amp the next day to put it to be fixed elsewhere.
When I arrive to pick up the amp, James says that "by a miracle of course" the amp fixed itself when they mounted it in the cabinet.
I asked to turn on the amp and obviously it was still the same, not being able to fix the amp is justifiable, being a crook has no excuse.
