★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To echo everyone else it's a great studio with amazing staff. Totally felt comfortable and at ease the moment I walked in. Exactly what I was looking for and the playlist for music is lowkey better than the clubs.

The light is a bit tricky, if you have some condition about being in red lights or alternating, I’d ask the staff before coming.
Other than that, I had a wonderful experience with friendly service!
Ps. I wish they had LokLok kombucha, only Captain Kombucha was available :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was visiting Lisbon for couple for weeks for work. I’m used to doing HIIT classes in the US. I was happy I found Amplify!!! They have boot camp, yoga and cycling classes there. They are taught in English. Trainers are high energy, music is great. I loved it. Thanks to Sergio, Francisco and Diana for great classes! I will definitely take their classes again when I’m back to Lisbon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Amplify. The classes are fantastic! I never know what to do on my own in regular gyms so having someone lead the class has made all the difference.
But the staff is what makes Amplify so special to me. The coaches know how to push you to your limits while always being considerate. And the crew at the reception is just lovely, always helpful, smiling and good energy. I’ve felt welcome from day one.
PS: Shout out to Su for giving me the appropriate amount of towels, and the coolest nickname.
PPS: And special thanks to Angela for always making me a Café Ola at the end of my morning classes, even though she doesn’t have to because I always forget to pre-order it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So. This goes out to the company culture and the customer facing team. Congratulations everyone at Amplify, you guys have the best customer experience of any business in Portugal. Staff are always friendly, incredibly helpful and remember names. In a city where customer experience is amongst the worst in the world it might be easy to stand out. But you not only do you completely out-shadow the worse, you stand tall above the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is what made me want to work out more than I ever have before. The staff is welcoming, understanding and the most kind staff you could possibly imagine. The cardio is extremely challenging but the coaches really motivate you to do your best and the music is super catchy. In addition, the place also has a beautiful aesthetic and they make very good smoothies and sell coconut water and energy drinks. The people that go to the place are also super approachable, very easy to meet new people and make great connections!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gym experiences I've had! Loved the classes, towels and cycling shoes are provided. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean with everything you need after a workout. Wish I lived in Lisbon as I would be here so often! Will definitely come back when I'm in Lisbon.

They provide everything you need during and after the workout. The staff is so so friendly & lovely and the coaches are amazing! I was so sad that I only had two days in Lisbon but I‘ll come back for sure.
