Ana Pinheiro, they run a 2-person office in Seia. It is done in a professional, committed, hands-on and straight way. A good team. I had the experience of working together. I appreciate his knowledge, thorouhgness and skills, for I really needed that in pursueing my dreams in a foreign country, not knowing the domestic rules, habits and ways. In consultation he led the way AND left it up to me to deside (with supporting advice when asked by me) at crossroads when both directions where clearly explained. I have to say I was extremely impressed with how he managed to get me from a place where there were a number of seemingly insurmountable issues to a final sale in a relatively short timescale. At all times, he demonstrated a very high degree of professionalism during a particularly challenging time (the first COVID 19 lockdown), looking at all the particulars of my property in great detail and always bringing my attention to things that needed dealing with well in advance of when they needed to be done. I found his calm business-like manner very refreshing and it gave me enormous confidence that we would reach a successful conclusion - which it did! He speaks English extremely well with an excellent grasp of the language which is very important for estrangeiros like me who don't have a great understanding of Portuguese! Nuno knows his stuff and was a pleasure to work with during a conveyance that was (at times) challenging; the law here can be complicated and something like a conveyance, especially when it involves multiple parties, can throw up obstacles and issues... good legal advice is essential. Also, having recently arrived in the country, a lawyer who is fluent in English was a great benefit. Highly recommended - dealing with anything legal requires care, so it's a great reassurance to feel the security that comes with great quality advice / representation.
