Ligamos para o laboratório e não atendem, enviamos e-mail e pedem para ligar para o apoio ao cliente, ligamos para o apoio ao cliente e o número não se encontra disponível. Estamos muito mal impressionados!
A family member of mine has been waiting for more than 48 hours for the result of a PCR test, when he said it would take 24 hours. We call the lab and they don't answer, we send an email and ask to call customer support, we call customer support and the number is not available. We are very badly impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst! This office is run by two women only and even with all the information they have from the App you still need to re-fill a handwritten form while people outside are lining up! Very inefficient. In all 25 Covid tests I have sat down for this was the first time someone actually managed to hurt me while doing the nasal swop. Service is also SLOW! If you’re a traveler — go to the airport SYNLAB. The efficiency and speed of results is way better.
