Sinceridade vale ouro... que nao foi o caso. On the phone I was told that they had holly wood and that it was dry, when delivering everything came wet and less (as expected from wet wood). Sincerity is worth gold ... which was not the case.

Perca de dinheiro e tempo. Lousy and wet wood. Firewood delivered was wet and the fire cannot be lit with it. Return request not accepted by the owner. Lose money and time.

Por ser justo, deixo aqui o meu reconhecimento à qualidade dos produtos mas também ao profissionalismo, quer pelo cumprimento de prazos de entrega que fazem ao domicílio e onde deixam tudo arrumado e limpo, bem como pelo preço. Bem hajam! In this company I consume firewood and holly coal. For being fair, I leave here my recognition for the quality of the products but also for the professionalism, both for the fulfillment of delivery deadlines that they make at home and where they leave everything neat and clean, as well as for the price. Voltámos a contactar e desligaram a chamada. Ficámos com a lenha molhada que não conseguimos usar. BAD service! Dishonest. They sell wet firewood. We complained, asked to come and collect the wood that was wet. They said they were coming to collect but never came. We called again and hung up. We got wet wood that we couldn't use.

Esta seria a 7º tonelada de Oliveira do mesmo calibre comprada a esta empresa nos últimos 3 anos, e foi arrumada pelos funcionários rigorosamente no mesmo espaço das encomendas anteriores. No dia seguinte quando fui recolher alguma lenha para o interior da residência constatei que a quantidade de lenha era substancialmente inferior ao habitual, objectivamente um terço do espaço normalmente ocupado pela lenha estava vazio o que corresponde a cerca de 300 Kg ou seja 60€. No dia 10 liguei para a empresa “Andaralenha”, o funcionário informou que iria verificar as pesagens das viaturas que fizeram entregas e que ligaria de volta, não voltou a ligar. No dia 13 liguei novamente, o funcionário informou que o dono da empresa iria falar comigo pessoalmente mas que estava em reunião pelo que ligaria de volta assim que pudesse, não voltou a ligar. A partir daí , apesar de várias tentativas, nunca mais me atenderam o telefone. Quem quiser ser enganado não tem nada que enganar, é comprar lenha a esta gente. A ton of Oliveira firewood was delivered to my home for the price of €190. The next day, when I went to collect some firewood for the interior of the house, I noticed that the amount of firewood was substantially lower than usual, objectively a third of the space normally occupied by firewood was empty, which corresponds to about 300 kg or 60€. On the 10th I called the company “Andaralenha”, the employee informed that he would check the weighing of the vehicles that made deliveries and that he would call back, he did not call again. On the 13th I called again, the employee informed that the owner of the company would speak to me personally but that he was in a meeting so he would call back as soon as he could, he did not call again. From then on, despite several attempts, they never answered the phone again. Whoever wants to be deceived has nothing to deceive, it is to buy firewood from these people.
