★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com alguns dos sistemas de caixilharia Anicolor que têm graves falhas ao nível conceptual/funcional: quando falham - vedantes mordidos, funcionamento, estanqueidade - a assistência por parte da empresa é nula, mesmo após repetidos pedidos de apoio técnico, sob alegação de se tratar de responsabilidade do serralheiro. (EDIT: a empresa manifestou disponibilidade para ajudar na resolução dos problemas apenas na sequência desta avaliação, não tendo respondido a 3 anteriores pedidos ao departamento técnico; o problema existe em 2 obras distintas realizadas com 2 serralheiros distintos; a concorrência oferece assistência técnica mais adequada e integrada)
 Beware of some of the Anicolor frame systems that have serious flaws at the conceptual/functional level: when they fail - cracked seals, functioning, tightness - the company's assistance is null, even after repeated requests for technical support, claiming to be the case of the locksmith's responsibility. (EDIT: the company expressed its willingness to help solve the problems only following this assessment, having not responded to 3 previous requests to the technical department; the problem exists in 2 different works carried out with 2 different locksmiths; the competition offers more adequate technical assistance and integrated)
