★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento neste local é espantosamente execrável. Os administrativos não fazem ideia do que estão a fazer, são antipáticos, e desorganizados, perdendo frequentemente os processos. Os técnicos responsáveis pela apreciação desses processos, por sua vez, demonstram-se sempre inacessíveis, sendo que a sua indisponibilidade chega até ao ridículo de não notificarem o requerente, sem qualquer explicação lógica. Francamente, algo deveria ser feito para perceber o que se passa com as pessoas que trabalham no CDOS de Lisboa no alto do Lumiar...
The service at this place is amazingly execrable. Administrators have no idea what they are doing, they are obnoxious, and disorganized, often losing their processes. The technicians responsible for assessing such cases, on the other hand, always prove inaccessible, and their unavailability goes as far as ridiculous not to notify the applicant without any logical explanation. Frankly, something should be done to understand what is happening to the people who work at the Lisbon CDOS at the top of Lumiar ...
