 Accommodation, service and food 5 stars. Worth the money they ask for. It has one of the best spas in the country. And the best sauna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um hotel com muitas boas condições (não tem restaurante e pessoal só uma pessoa ao pequeno almoço) . Eu adorei este conceito de ter um código para entrar no hotel que dá para o cofre que tem a chave do quarto. Quartos super confortáveis e ponto forte um poliban grande com chuveiro (top). Muito bom. Pequeno almoço para mim estava suficiente para quem gosta de pequenos almoços com tudo e mais alguma coisa opte pela pastelaria Diogo.
It is a hotel with very good conditions (no restaurant and only one person for breakfast) . I loved this concept of having a code to enter the hotel that leads to the safe that has the room key. Super comfortable rooms and strong point a large shower with shower (top). Very good. Breakfast for me was enough for those who like breakfast with everything and anything else, choose Diogo's pastry shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive alojado entre os dias 19 e 21/11 no hotel e gostámos bastante; tendo contudo sentido a falta da piscina e do acesso ao circuito de SPA.
Existem contudo alguns aspectos a salientar:
1) Dificuldades em comunicar directamente com o serviço de reservas (agradeço à Câmara de Ansião a ajuda disponibilizada);
2) Pequeno Almoço curto e escasso para um alojamento de 4*, com alguma fruta que não se encontrava nas melhores condições;
3) Alojamento não dispõe de restaurante e os da vila de Ansião não servem jantares, pelo que sugiro uma visita a Santiago da Guarda onde existem três alternativas;
4) O posto de Turismo de Ansião é excelente no atendimento, apoio geral e nas sugestões que nos apresentou
Em termos globais, considero que foi excelente e voltaremos já com tudo a funcionar
I was accommodated between the 19th and 21st of November at the hotel and we really liked it; having however missed the swimming pool and access to the SPA circuit.
There are, however, some aspects to emphasize:
1) Difficulties in communicating directly with the reservations service (I thank Câmara de Ansião for the help provided);
2) Short and scarce breakfast for a 4* accommodation, with some fruit that was not in the best conditions;
3) Accommodation does not have a restaurant and those in the village of Ansião do not serve dinner, so I suggest a visit to Santiago da Guarda where there are three alternatives;
4) The Ansião Tourism Office is excellent in terms of service, general support and the suggestions it has presented to us.
Overall, I think it was excellent and we'll be back with everything working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place itself is very modern and clean, especially considering the price. The staff was very friendly as well.
However, the spa was already very small, and moreover kids were making tonnes of noise, and taking up the deceivingly small pool. It made the purpose of a spa (to relax) entirely unachievable unfortunately.
There's not a lot to do around, which makes the spa the central selling point, but because of its small size and unruly order of other guests, it's a matter of sheer luck whether or not you'll be able to enjoy it.
That being said, the price still is very attractive, especially since the bedrooms were comfortable and very modern, and the staff was super nice and friendly.
