★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentavelmente este antigo asilo de mendicidade continua fechado, com tanta gente a precisar deste gênero de instituições e os responsáveis pelo bem estar dos menos favorecidos continuam de mãos atadas há espera que alguma multinacional imobiliária faça deste edifício mais um hotel para que a amálgama de turistas tomem cada vez mais conta da Cidade e nos sintamos cada vez mais estranhos na nossa própria Cidade.
Regrettably this old begging asylum remains closed, with so many people in need of this kind of institutions and those responsible for the well-being of the disadvantaged are still holding hands and hopes that some real estate multinational will make this building another hotel for the amalgam of tourists to take. more and more about the City and we feel stranger and stranger in our own City.
