Agendou para o dia seguinte as 9h e assim lá cheguei no dia e horário acordado. Chegando eu fui parar em uma vaga que tinha a sua porta, e ele já veio falando que não podia parar ali porque eles estavam a trabalhar, de uma forma extremamente grosseira; expliquei que tinha vindo no dia anterior e ele que pediu para chegar naquele dia e horário. Ele respondeu: “isso não pode ser feito na hora que chega” e eu respondi que só estava ali porque ele marcou comigo naquele momento. Falou para tirar o carro e se quisesse aguardar em outro lugar, que quando ele pudesse faria a avaliação do arranjo. Mediante a forma pouco profissional e suas grosserias, informei que não precisava mais e que não iria mais fazer o serviço. A resposta que tive dele foi a seguinte: “Aqui você não vai fazer nenhuma falta!” Acredito que com tal atendimento, em algum momento não terá tantos clientes e eles podem “fazer falta”. Não recomendo a ninguém e não voltarei a tal lugar. On 5/18/21 I went to this store, and with little attention from Mr. Who was there, he said he couldn't budget at that time. Scheduled for the next day at 9am and so I got there on the day and time agreed. When I arrived I ended up in a parking space that had his door, and he already came saying that he couldn't stop there because they were working, in an extremely rude way; I explained that I had come the day before and he asked to arrive on that day and time. He replied: “this cannot be done when it comes” and I replied that I was only there because he made an appointment with me at that time. He said to take the car and if he wanted to wait in another place, when he could, he would make an assessment of the arrangement. Through the unprofessional manner and his rudeness, I informed him that I no longer needed it and that I would no longer do the job. The answer I got from him was: "Here you won't miss anything!" I believe that with such service, at some point there won't be so many customers and they may “be missed”. I don't recommend it to anyone and I will not return to that place.
