Recusaram o aluguer de um dos seus espaços a alguém que queria abrir uma simples pastelaria por "não quererem mudar a fachada e fazer uma saída de fumos " deixando transparecer que estava tudo ok antes disso, fazendo a mesma pessoa ter reuniões com arquitetos ao longo de várias semanas, para depois abrirem um restaurante no mesmo espaço recusado. Falta de etica
 Company that does not believe in young entrepreneurs. They refused to rent one of their spaces to someone who wanted to open a simple pastry shop for "not wanting to change the facade and make a smoke outlet" letting on that everything was ok before that, making the same person have meetings with architects throughout several weeks, to later open a restaurant in the same refused space. Lack of ethics
