★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo elettrauto... Abbiamo avuto un problema con le luci del Camper... Ci hanno bloccato per 1 giornata intera senza mezzo e alla fine volevano cambiarci il blocco luci e farci aspettare 5 giorni.... Essendo in ferie siamo andati via e da un secondo elettrauto in 5 minuti ha risolto il problema stringendo 2 contatti... Evidentemente Non volevano fare il lavoro ma potevano anche dirlo senza farci perdere tempo....
 Very bad electrician ... We had a problem with the lights of the Camper ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de correr 4 oficinas diferentes, em que nenhuma queria mexer no carro, por ser adaptado, recomendaram-nos esta. Tempo de espera para avaliação do problema +/- 40min. E era afinal um problema tão simples, que nada tinha a ver com a viatura. Mas foi o único mecânico que avaliou o problema no seu todo e identificou a causa sem antes se pôr a abrir forros e "experimentar"
After running 4 different workshops, in which none wanted to touch the car, as it was adapted, this one was recommended. Waiting time for problem assessment +/- 40min. And after all, it was such a simple problem that it had nothing to do with the car. But he was the only mechanic who assessed the problem as a whole and identified the cause without first opening the ceilings and "experimenting"

Fizeram orçamento e deram data para estar pronto, quando cheguei não sabiam o problema, disse qual era o problema e ao arranjarem partiram uma peça do carro, que depois cobraram 25 euros dizendo mesmo assim que era peça em segunda mão, e após averiguação as peças em segunda mão não custavam mais que 9 euros em todos os locais que procurei pelo mesmo modelo. Em último ainda me cobraram duas mãos de obra a 25 cada uma. Uma autêntica falcatrua porque passado duas semanas tive qiee deslocar a outro sítio onde me resolveram o problema por 3 vezes menos dinheiro e ficou de veras resolvido. Isto tudo está a ser apresentado a Deco.
Super friendly but cheat on prices. They made a budget and gave a date to be ready, when I arrived they did not know the problem, said what the problem was and when they arranged a part of the car left, they later charged 25 euros saying it was still a second hand part, and after checking the parts second-hand they cost no more than 9 euros in all places that I looked for the same model. Lastly, they still charged me two manpower at 25 each. An authentic scam because after two weeks I had to go to another place where they solved my problem for 3 times less money and it was really solved. This is all being presented to Deco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É tudo mau. Desde o atendimento, à qualidade do serviço. Paguei 2600euros para reparar um motor e o mesmo veio a pingar óleo que estragou e desencadeou uma série de problemas. Demoraram 2 anos a resolver apenas alguns desses problemas. A não repetir.
It's all bad. From customer service to service quality. I paid 2600 euros to repair an engine and it leaked oil that went bad and triggered a series of problems. It took 2 years to solve just a few of these problems. Not to repeat.
