Chegou o dia 27 recebi uma chamada telefónica dizendo que a mercadoria ainda não tinha chegado de Espanha pelo que não podiam fazer a entrega. Então ficou remarcada a entrega para o dia 6 de Outubro. Hoje liguei para a empresa a perguntar a que horas me entregavam a encomenda e para meu espanto disseram que não podiam fazer a entrega pois a mercadoria ainda não tinha vindo de Espanha. Péssimo serviço. Como é que uma empresa destas está no mercado praticando serviços deste género.
In the first week of August I placed an order to be delivered on September 28th. The 27th arrived and I received a phone call saying that the goods had not yet arrived from Spain so they could not deliver. Then the delivery for the 6th of October was rescheduled. Today I called the company to ask what time the parcel was delivered to me and to my amazement they said that they could not make the delivery because the goods had not yet come from Spain. Poor service. How is such a company in the market practicing services of this kind.
