Because we were going to be there only for the night, the staff offered to keep our luggage after the checkout so we could enjoy Porto without any hassle. Highly recommend it.

The apartment was immaculate, spacious and had all the facilities. Including a terrace with a view. Fantastic secure parking. We were given A complimentary upgrade to penthouse. The breakfast was fresh and delivered to the door each morning. It really made the stay special and the hospitality and hotel really surprised us. We will definitely be going back and will recommend to our friends. The best part is that the hotel is on a side street away from the hustle and bustle so it’s easy to get a good nights sleep.

We stayed at the penthouse apartment which has all the comfort and luxury you wish. Staff is very helpfully and polite. Both families and couples will find here their true holiday vibe!
A	Ar C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is nice and well renovated with taste. The apartment is large enough for 3 or 4 people. The lady at the reception (when we arrived) was friendly and helpful. On the minus side: - breakfast is inappropriate (I would say a joke) : 1/ not early enough: on our 2nd day, we left at 8am and the breakfast box was not behind the door so no breakfast. In any hotel, breakfast would be available at 8am. Needless to say that on our 3rd day leaving to the airport at 7am, we had no breakfast either. 2/ a lot of waste: we do not eat yogurt, we do not drink milk and so on. On the other hand, I drink tea in the morning and that was not provided... As you do not ask for what guests need, half of the products are useless and the other half are missing... 3/ on top of food waste, it is not environmental-friendly with a lot of plastic packaging 4/ kitchen equipment is not enough for 3 or 4 people: only 1 mug ! Barely enough glasses. « Breakfast » is provided but if china is missing: what’s the point ? Basically, I would suggest: either you find the right formula or you don’t offer it. In our case, it was more frustrating than anything else. Reception opening times are the least you could do ! Especially as it is open at hours people are out, visiting the city ! Similarly, in any hotel, reception does not close at 6pm. In a word, in the "Appart-hotel" title: appart is fine but hôtel is far fetched.

The hotel is really nice, the outdoor is absolutely wonderful, and the apartment was fabulous. Well decorated, with everything to cook a meal, and with a nice tv. Really comfortable and well decorated. I totally recommend and I wish to stay there next time I go to Porto! Loved it!!!
