Já o atendimento e cuidado posto no cliente deixa muito espaço de melhoria. Mais de 10 minutos de espera que viessem limpar a mesa e receber o pedido. Várias mesas foram atendidas de pessoas que chegaram depois. Levantámo-nos e fomos embora. A experiência foi péssima, pode ter sido azar. Fica o benefício da dúvida, a rever numa próxima oportunidade.
Typical example that just looking good is not enough. The location is pleasant, but the music is too loud to create some discomfort. The service and care given to the customer leaves a lot of room for improvement. More than 10 minutes of waiting for them to come clear the table and take the order. Several tables were taken from people who arrived later. We got up and left. The experience was bad, it could have been bad luck. The benefit of the doubt remains, to be reviewed at the next opportunity.
