Foi muito fraco o atendimento, embora educado, o funcionário demonstrou uma falta de vontade/frete de explicar ou mostrar valores..falando num tom de superioridade por ter equipamentos caros, insinuando uma possível falta de capital dainha parte indiretamente, onde fui dissuadido a não comprar peças individuais por ser mais caro, mas nem se deu ao trabalho de me informar o valores. E aparentemente devido há minha evidente falta de conhecimento. Solicitei ajuda onde obter conhecimento e não obtive qualquer vontade do o fazer. É muita pena que existem pessoas assim que não sabem cativar o cliente. Lamentavel, certamente não voltarei lá.. Unfortunately as a first impact, in the world of Aquafilia, left much to be desired. É comum pessoas que vêm de longe, alentejo e norte perguntarem na rua onde fica a loja pois vieram de longe apenas para a visitar e aqui comprar. As minhas filhas adoram vir aqui nem que seja só para verem os peixes em aquários lindos. The help and advice and general enthusiasm of the owner is something well worth taking into consideration . I think the factit is a big business dedicated to fish makes it even better, Thoroughly recommend .
