★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento, gostei da aula e recomendo sempre que as condições de saúde o permitam. Neste momento a minha opinião é que pelo menos Dezembro e Janeiro as aulas dos seniores sejam suspensas devido ao aumento de casos de covid 19 visto que somos pessoas mais vulneráveis e como são meses de muito frio e mis propensos a gripes, manda a prudência que se devem tomar precauções. Tenho notado que as pessoas não respeitam a distância física e a desinfecção das mãos. Eu própria já tomei a decisão de suspender durante este dois meses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to keep yourself in shape. In my opinion gym needs a new machinery as most of them are quite old but anyway, they still do the job. Swimming pool, steam room and sauna are clean and are not crowded during the day.
