★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente não gostamos de esperar, se temos uma marcação para as 8:50 e somos atendidos às 10:15, só podemos concluir que há uma má gestão de marcações e falta de responsabilidade.
We usually don't like to wait, if we have an appointment for 8:50 and are attended at 10:15, we can only conclude that there is poor management of appointments and lack of responsibility.

Modern clinic, excellent space, with parking, friendly and polite attendants. As soon as I arrived at the clinic, I was already referred for exams. Educated medical professional, asked questions pertinent to my exam. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a especialidade de Dermatologia...fiquei muito indignada e muito desiludida. Inadmissível uma consulta de dermatologia demorar 3 minutos (sim, apenas 3 minutos!!!) sem sequer analisar o corpo e custar 70,00€!!! No entanto, apesar desta ocorrência, todos os outros médicos das especialidades que já consultamos foram espetaculares e muito profissionais.
O atendimento é excelente e o tempo de espera é mínimo. Recomendo!!!
I do not recommend the specialty of Dermatology ... I was very indignant and very disappointed. It is unacceptable for a dermatology appointment to take 3 minutes (yes, only 3 minutes !!!) without even analyzing the body and costing 70.00 € !!! However, despite this occurrence, all the other doctors in the specialties we have already consulted were spectacular and very professional.
The service is excellent and the waiting time is minimal. I recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to the ENT specialist, great, professional and kind, received advice to return on conclusion of medication if the problem still exists.
Return visit, still in pain, different 'specialist' who was clearly too busy to read the tiny paragraph of notes, asking questions without listening to the answers, roughly shoved something up my nose without a word of warning and belittled my pain. As someone who is experiencing intense pain, one would hope that their medical specialist would work with them to resolve the problem, not treat them like an irritating customer at the MiniPreço checkout.
So disappointing that new graduates don't seem to have received any training incorporating compassion and courtesy alongside diagnosis, such as introducing themselves or reading patient files. And disappointing that two visits to a clinic can be such variable experiences.
