★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, 15 Julho, fui para lavar o carro e, após colocar o dinheiro e seleccionar lavagem não saia água nenhuma, mesmo premindo o gatilho dos aspersores conforme indicado num cartaz. Tentei em outra área de lavagem e ocorreu a mesma situação. Outra pessoa chegou e aconteceu o mesmo. Não havia contacto telefónico para poder-se contactar alguém e alertar para o problema, nem havia ninguém para dar assistência no local. Pelo Google Maps o contacto de telefone que consta associado a esta lavagem não estava disponível. O cliente desta forma perde dinheiro e ninguém fica responsável pelo mau funcionamento da lavagem. Querem lavar o carro? Vão ao Elefante Azul junto ao Continente. Ao menos está uma pessoa presente para dar assistência. Foi o que tive de fazer. Não recomendo arriscarem lavar o carro aqui a não ser que esteja alguém responsável no local.

I tried in another washing area and the same situation occurred. Another person arrived and the same thing happened. There was no telephone contact to be able to contact someone and alert them to the problem, nor was there anyone to assist on the spot. Through Google Maps, the telephone contact associated with this washing was not available. This way the customer loses money and no one is responsible for the laundering malfunction. Do you want to wash your car? Go to the Blue Elephant next to the Continent. At least one person is present to assist. That's what I had to do. I don't recommend taking the risk of washing your car here unless someone is responsible at the scene.
