Enviei um email a questionar os preços do espaço de festas, tudo bem, foram dando indicações, mas quando pedi que me enviassem fotos do espaço simplesmente me pediram que enviasse o pedido por facebook. Achei de muito mau tom, uma vez que estavámos a tratar tudo por email me encaminharem para o facebook. Em primeiro lugar não tenho conta no mesmo, mas mesmo que tivesse nada me obriga a contacta-los por essa via. Acabaram por me responder que iriam colocar fotos posteriormente e que aí poderia visualiza-las. Certamente que nunca mais os voltarei a contactar.
Very unprofessional.
I sent an email questioning the prices of the party space, all right, they were giving indications, but when I asked them to send me photos of the space they simply asked me to send the request via facebook. I thought it was very bad tone, since we were dealing with everything by email forwarding me to facebook. First of all, I don't have an account, but even if I had nothing, I have to contact them through this route. They ended up answering me that they would post pictures later and that I could view them there. I will certainly never contact them again.

Hoje fomos surpreendidos com uma festa de 1 ano da loja, o nosso filho pintou a cara, pulou na girafa e andou no escorrega. A simpatia de todos que nos atenderam foi além do que é obrigatório. Que seja o primeiro de muito anos de sucesso
Without a doubt this is the best party shop in the area. The decoration is made with great feeling and taste. All articles are well chosen and topical. Today we were surprised by a 1 year party at the store, our son painted his face, jumped on the giraffe and rode the slide. The sympathy of all who attended us went beyond what is required. May it be the first of many successful years
