Ora claro que temos o hotel que até tem um menu acessível e temos o bar da piscina que também é só gênero mas estes sítios apesar de um boa escolha são algo mais requintado. Na churrasqueira não é para quem tem medo de sujar as mãos. A comida é óptima, as doses são muito bem servidas e a qualidade é boa. O espaço é demasiado pequeno para a afluência da clientes de modo que muitas vezes tem que se esperar mas isto só demonstra que ali se come bem. A esplanada é óptima no verão com vista para a serra e com a igreja mesmo à frente. Infelizmente aqui é mesmo preciso esperar porque raramente está livre. O preço é perfeito para o que se come. Vale a pena. Anyone who knows Pampilhosa knows that there are not that many places to eat out in the village itself. Of course we have the hotel that even has an accessible menu and we have the pool bar which is also only gender but these places, despite a good choice, are something more refined. Barbecue is not for those who are afraid of getting their hands dirty. The food is great, the servings are very well served and the quality is good. The space is too small for the affluence of the customers, so many times you have to wait, but this only shows that you eat well there. The terrace is great in summer with views of the mountains and the church in front. Unfortunately here you really have to wait because it is rarely free. The price is perfect for what you eat. Worth it.

It does not have a Michelin star, yeah, it does not, but the food is incredible. You eat like a king, in terms of quantity and quality, and can only be stunned at how they just found the perfect correlation between those two things, so hard to master. If you ever find yourself wandering around, go there. It is cheap as well. Eat like a member of royalty pay like common folk.

The menu usually has 4 or 5 options all either grilled or traditional portuguese food. It is a small place - will sit max 30 people at once. On very busy days (usually only during August or Xmas) it gets crowded and the staff is not very used to dealing with too many at once. It has a great price-quality relationship i.e. good cheap food :).
