First off, Rui was incredibly helpful in explaining how the buggy works and giving proper instructions to safely operate the buggy. We really enjoyed the guided tour with Rui, he showed us fun and active routes for the buggy and was always willing to give us details about the surroundings. He was always very nice to offer to take our photos in picturesque locations. The buggies are new, well maintained, safe and felt very protective against the elements. Secondly, he was always very helpful to give us recommendations of where to eat and explore after the tour, we walked on the trail of Escovia Do Vez and it was lovely. I would recommend Arcos Tours to all my friends and family visiting Portugal. I will be booking tours again with Rui on our next trip to Portugal!
