★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This AREA is nothing like it was supposed to be with the clients, i came to change a color of a sheet during covid and the manager put all blocking points to do the change and kept me waiting for a long time with everyone hearing that he was no obligated to change it even knowing that i bought hours ago, very rude attitude and talking, i wont buy in this store again. Thats bad because the Area from Lisbon i was well received everytime but here...shame of this store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mixture of good quality items and cheap Chinese furniture - all well displayed but sold well above their value.
We bought a dining table and 6 chairs. The wooden table, which is local made it good quality (though only delivered after 6 months!). Though the chairs, which are made in China, look good but are of very(!) poor quality. Within a few months the first chair already broke during normal usage - and whilst they claim they give 2 years quality, they reject any claim as "not a fabrication error". Well.. a chair shouldn't break after sitting on it for a few months...
The problem is that the seat base is made of a very thin wood conglomerate - not really the right material for this application and surely not what I expected for the price I paid
