 I rented a car at short notice and loved it. The car was great and the price was absolutely OK. The contact was friendly and in English. The whole process is super easy and problem-free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. Had a booking for 2:30pm. Arrived at 2:15 and the stand was closed. Phoned them and I wad told that someone would be there by 2:30. No one appeared. Called again at 2:35 just to be told that my booking was confirmed but not the pick-up time, and that a car would only be available by 4. First time I hear about a rent a car which confirms a reservation but not the pick-up time...ridiculous. Plus, since I was unsatisfied with their service, the owner called me arrogant...I was lucky that i had someone to promptly pick me up from their offices otherwise i would be still waiting for them. Do not book with this company!
