It is your doubt the best gym in Figueira da Foz. New and when I say new it is really new. Made from scratch, with material and machines totally new to the debut, in ample space. Well thought out and designed. 5 star staff and success is in everyone's sight. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ginásio bem conseguido mas com graves problemas de gerenciamento no que diz respeito a pagamentos.
No Inicio apelam á forma de pagamento debito direto com o titular "arenafitness". No caso de um atleta inativar no multibanco esse mesmo debito, por algum motivo usam um outro titular de conta (Santosgonçalves+valentesimoes) ao qual eu não tenho controlo sobre restringuir seja o que for, para assim conseguirem retirar o valor que desejam !!!!
Situações muito estranhas, com explicações ainda mais questionáveis!
Alem de ter inativado no multibanco , também pedi á funcionaria que eliminasse a inscrição. Fui ao banco pessoalmente e até ai tudo ficou bem.
Para me surpreender esta é a 2 vez que me retiram valores absurdos quando eu nem sequer frequentei o ginásio!
TENHAM ATENÇÃO ÁS VOSSAS CONTAS BANCÁRIAS E AOS VALORES PORQUE NÃO DEVO SER O UNICO CLIENTE COM ESTA SITUAÇÃO!
Well done gym but with serious management issues with regard to payments.
At the beginning, they appeal to the form of direct debit payment with the holder "arenafitness". In case an athlete inactivates that same debit at the ATM, for some reason they use another account holder (Santosgonçalves+valentesimoes) to which I have no control over restricting anything, so they can withdraw the amount they want !!! !
Very strange situations, with even more questionable explanations!
In addition to having inactivated at the ATM, I also asked the employee to delete the subscription. I went to the bank in person and so far everything was fine.
To surprise me, this is the 2 time that absurd values are taken from me when I didn't even go to the gym!
PLEASE NOTE YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS AND VALUES BECAUSE I MUST NOT BE THE ONLY CUSTOMER WITH THIS SITUATION!
