As funcionárias são extremanente cuidadosas e as médicas veterinárias muito profissionais. O espaço é agradável e limpo e tem lugar para estacionar. Preço justo. I have been a customer since opening and I am very satisfied with the service provided and my animals too. The employees are extremely careful and the veterinary doctors very professional. The space is nice and clean and has a place to park. Fair price.

Marta, que nos atende na recepção, das duas vezes que lá estive, sempre muito amorosa e gentil; o banho que o meu cachorro tomou foi ótimo, saiu bem limpo e cheiroso; e o atendimento com a veterinária Bárbara foi também ótimo, examinando muito bem o meu pet, sempre o deixando à vontade. Tudo com preços acessíveis. Com certeza, é um local que confio e indico. Excellent service, from the reception to the office, and very cozy and clean physical structure. Marta, who attends us at the reception, the two times I was there, always very loving and kind; the bath my dog took was great, it came out very clean and smelling; and the service with the veterinarian Bárbara was also great, examining my pet very well, always leaving him at ease. All with affordable prices. It is certainly a place that I trust and recommend.

Uma excelente clínica veterinárias, a melhor que conheço no Porto. I have visited many veterinary clinics, but the professionalism and affection with which they treat animals combined with what I saw of hygienic conditions deserves to be highlighted. An excellent veterinary clinic, the best I know in Porto.

E se terás que marcar uma consulta normal para o teu animal de estimação, terá a coragem de dizer: "o teu animal não é tão importante como os que estou a tratar". Peço desculpa, mas prefiro gastar o meu dinheiro com um/a médico/a que trate bem e respeite o meu animal por quem é e não apenas pela sua enfermidade ou tipo de consulta. Profissionalismo zero. Dr. Barbara is an arrogant lady who mistreats her clients. And if you have to make an appointment for your pet, you will have the courage to say: "your pet is not as important as the ones I am treating". I apologize, but I prefer to spend my money with a doctor who treats and respects my pet for who he is and not just for his illness or type of consultation. Zero professionalism.

Foi um ano bastante complicado mas não há palavras para descrever o atendimento que recebemos na ARF. Só nos resta agradecer imenso a todas as profissionais que tiveram oportunidade de cuidar do nosso chocolate: pela competência, pelo profissionalismo, pelo carinho, pela amizade e também pela super paciência ? (de certeza que os vossos ouvidos estão bem melhores agora). Em breve aparecemos para uma visita ? We arrived at ARF for the rehabilitation of our Boris who had been diagnosed with a neurological disease in January 2021 and had a relapse in July 2021. It was a very complicated year but there are no words to describe the service we received at ARF. We can only thank all the professionals who had the opportunity to take care of our chocolate: for their competence, professionalism, affection, friendship and also for their super patience ? (I'm sure your ears are much better now). We'll be dropping by for a visit soon ?

F	Florian Eisele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bárbara is a fantastic vet. She takes all the time needed to examine and explain (in flawless English, acquired during her studies in US and UK). Her confidence and knowledge is reassuring both for the pet and the owner. What I liked the most is how she made our dog Pablo comfortable by examining him on the floor instead of putting him on the table.
V	Valerie Bradfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barbara was so confident and reassuring not only to me but also to my very anxious dog Pippa. Who was so at ease and relaxed it was like taking her to a spa. No pressure was put on her while Barbara checked her over for all the requirements of the pet passport. It was a truly wonderful experience. Pippa was allowed to wander around the consultation room without any pressure put on her. Plus the examination was done on her teams and not on the examination table. If we ever come back to Porto, I would definitely come back to Barbara. Cannot thank you enought for the care you gave especially to Pippa and of course Dolly.
