A presente queixa é dirigida à empresa ARKBLOSS ARQUITECTURA E DESIGN, no âmbito da não performance, constante engano, vigarice e roubo, por parte do Arquiteto responsável. O caso corresponde à remodelação de um apartamento pessoal, localizado em Vilamoura, para a qual se celebrou um contrato com base no orçamento nº006-2017-Revisto. No dia 25 de Fevereiro de 2017 o Arq. responsável reconheceu que lhe tinha sido adjudicada a obra, após ter confirmado através de um email para o meu irmão. O mesmo informou que iria iniciar a mesma a 6 de Março 2017. Acordou-se para o dia 10 de Março de 2017, que seria feita a primeira visita à obra, assim como seria feito o primeiro pagamento de 40% na adjudicação. Assim ocorreu. A partir de meados de Março, apercebemo-nos que a obra não tinha qualquer desenvolvimento e, a partir deste momento, iniciaram-se as aldrabices, as desculpas, a falta de profissionalismo e pura incompetência demonstrada pelo empreiteiro responsável. Para além de fotografias e comunicação que tenho em minha posse reporto exemplos como: Em média, encontravam-se durante este período de quase 2 meses em obra, 0 a 1 funcionários; A Arkbloss iludiu-nos durante 1 mês e 3 semanas, até decidirmos expulsá-los de obra, para contenção de estragos - em contrato estava previsto 1 mês de obra; Os homens em obra destruíram equipamento existente, como uma banheira, um lavatório de WC e uma placa de vitrocerâmica; O chão encontrava-se constantemente cheio de beatas e maços de cigarros; Os vernizes que se iam aplicar mais tarde (assim como as tintas) eram de fraca qualidade, ao contrário do que fora acordado previamente, aplicação de materiais de qualidade premium, certificados – constatado com o auxílio do novo empreiteiro em obra que nos alertou; Prejuízos na ordem dos 1000€ só para estadias, deslocações e acompanhamento de uma obra de não existiu; Estava acordada uma mudança (de mobiliário) de uma casa existente para a nova, à data de 8 de Abril. O Arq. responsável compareceu com apenas mais um funcionário, sendo que eu e o meu pai tivemos de ajudar ao processo; As casas-de-banho, depois de remodeladas pela Arkbloss, tiveram de ser destruídas, pelos mesmos, quando todos notámos em obra (inclusive pelo Arq.) que o trabalho era inaceitável. Concluiu-se que nunca existiu um Encarregado responsável à frente dos trabalhos, assim como o próprio arquiteto não comparecia à mesma; Tendo o meu irmão ficado desalojado, tivemos de assumir o aluguer de um apartamento até à nova data de conclusão de obra, que entretanto foi adjudicada a uma empresa séria. Esta queixa serve de alerta a qualquer pessoa ou entidade que tencione executar qualquer tipo de negócio com a ARKBLOSS ARQUITECTURA E DESIGN. Não é uma empresa idônea! O responsável já afirmou que não tenciona devolver o adiantamento, pelo que só nos resta, a pouco custo felizmente, expor publicamente o roubo, o engano e a demonstração de incompetência grave, por parte do primeiro. Toda esta queixa é fundamentada com provas, fotografias, e-mails, SMSs e testemunhos de pessoas sérias, pelo que reitero tudo o que redigi.

The buffet served on the week end is correct, food and meals are not fantastic but ok and varied. 19 euros per person for this weekend buffet is definitely overpriced !

Me and my wife want to thank Arkbloss team for the great job they done in our home. Very professional, gave us very good ideas and answered all our questions. Two days after we called them for an estimate, they sent us a quote and were able to schedule the work to be done. From the initial to the completion they exceeded our expetations They done a wonderful job . I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

We live in the UK and have an apartment in Lagos. Our project was an almost total refurb of our 3 bed 2 bath holiday home which we rent out. We met with Romy Sa & Guilherme (Arkbloss) 3 or 4 times in October 2017, saw some of their previous work. Regretfully, it turned into a nightmare, that ended with us terminating the contract on our final visit in March. We were asked for and paid one-third of the full contract value 3 months before the start date – very unusual for us to do this but we wanted to generate goodwill. We then paid further instalments on time even though the project was getting later and later, because we trusted Arkbloss who had been recommended to us. At the time of termination our payments were ahead of work completed. As time went by and the project got more behind schedule we were informed by Arkbloss that they had lost their workers to another company, but this would not be a problem, and their best operative (tiler) had also left as he was owed money. Reasons why we terminated the contract. Continued lack of supervision and on-site presence from Arkbloss resulting in poor workmanship, poor finishing and silly mistakes (eg shower taps installed knee-high; sink basin and taps not central; shower splash screen half the requested size); important fittings removed and thrown away – metal curtain poles, stair gate fixings; ugly making good where wall removed; Materials not delivered to site on time or not at all even though Arkbloss had emailed us confirming delivery or installation. Use of unskilled workers who did not have the necessary tools or equipment. They damaged our 3-year-old kitchen units. We allowed them to take our kitchen plans so that they could try to source replacement drawer/cabinet fronts. They have not done this, said they are too busy to post them. They have also recently said that they will replace the damaged units and pay for installation only if we sign the credit note they have issued which we do not agree with. We asked for the guarantees for the windows/patio doors. Arkbloss told us that in Portugal it is usual for the main contractor (Arkbloss) to keep all guarantees and continue to be responsible should something go wrong. One set of patio doors does not lock so we have asked Arkbloss for the guarantee and the name of the patio door supplier. They have refused to cooperate and will not give us the name of the manufacturer or guarantee. We have a real security problem now but Arkbloss are not concerned at all. A catalogue of excuses for their failure to meet the contractual completion date and updates – dropped phone, lost photos, no internet, mayor’s funeral, friends round for dinner, meeting with big client, very busy, too tired, fell asleep. Unrealistic promises that work would be completed when they did not have workers. There were some aspects of the project which were done well – the floor tiling for example, but others were simply awful, for example painting about 27 doors of assorted sizes and everything electrical. We feel so foolish for allowing the project to continue for so long with all the above-mentioned things going wrong. We should have taken firm action a lot sooner, there were enough alarm bells ringing from an early stage. Since ending we have tried to reach a mutual agreement with Arkbloss, this has not been possible. We have SMS , email and photo evidence to support our review which we are happy to share.
