Tratam mal e ofendem os compradores quando pensam que eles não estão a ouvir. Uma dica, para a próxima vez desligue o telemóvel quando tiver a falar mal dos seus clientes. Não somos clientes gulosos ( apenas não pagamos o serviço de mudança de porta do frigorífico porque para ir até à cozinha tinha de ir sem portas) não somos nenhum dos nomes que nos chamou. Devia ter vergonha de ter uma casa aberta ao público. Ainda vou pensar em fazer queixa no livro de reclamações, mas o vosso serviço é tão intragável que nem sei se existem linhas de reclamação que cheguem. Obrigado e até nunca Horrible service, hateful personalized service. They don't know how to deal with buyers. They treat poorly and offend buyers when they think they are not listening. A tip, for the next time turn off your phone when you have to speak ill of your customers. We are not greedy customers (we just don't pay for the refrigerator door change service because to go to the kitchen I had to go without doors) we are not one of the names that called us. I should be ashamed to have a house open to the public. I will still think about making a complaint in the complaints book, but your service is so unpalatable that I don't even know if there are any complaints lines that arrive. Thank you and never
