The best gym on the south bank and surroundings! Family space, good atmosphere and super attentive and friendly staff! If you want results, exercise and good mood you will certainly not find better!

Family atmosphere, professionalism, exemplary accompaniment. It's not just another gym, it's "the" gym. I have been a client for over 2 years and will continue there for the consistency with which they act.

Excellent space, including area for training and outdoor classes. Personalized and always efficient service. I especially advise PT Miguel and Sofia and Filipa's yoga classes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fitness club is pretty small, but it has everything you need. If you want to train the basics it is very good, but if you are a advenced bodybuilder it isn't perfekt for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aroeira fitness club is a place where everyone is welcoming and friendly. I feel like I'm home when I arrive. They have a wide range of classes taught but skilled trainers. From trimming your bums and thighs in Marta's GAP class,power pump or spinning to Simao's zen like Yoga. The personal trainers, Helder and Miguel really work their clients to be their personal best.
Aroeira fitness also has a great place to enjoy a coffee,tea and a menu of daily specials prepared by Maria Joao in the Aroeira Heat.
She can prepare your meals for the week if you need some tasty and healthy meals.
