★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder has been building our house for the last 18 months. They are now over 2 months past the agreed completion date. They constantly break promises, they don’t communicate what they are doing and why, they give inflated quotes for extras. They are not managing the subcontracted trades well, resulting in work being delayed, done twice or done when it didn’t need doing. They have recently excavated for two retaining walls without being ready for building them and without shoring the soil to be retained. The soil has now slipped in both places, destabilising the site access. This seems extremely negligent. Avoid, avoid, avoid! I only gave a star because zero stars is not available as an option. I do not recommend employing Arquipillar.
