★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No começo até parecia ser honesto. Quando entreguei o imóvel entrei em contacto e avisei que faria a entrega e questionei o fato de o pagamento ser antecipado. Disseram para ficar tranquilo. No final se apropriaram da renda e ainda afirmaram que "brasileiros não entendem como as coisas funcionam". Consultei advogado que me instruiu e não valia a pena dado aos custos processuais. Não confiem, e se são brasileiros esqueçam.
At first it seemed to be honest. When I delivered the property I got in touch and said I would make the delivery and questioned the fact that the payment was in advance. They said to stay calm. In the end, they appropriated the income and even affirmed that "Brazilians do not understand how things work". I consulted a lawyer who instructed me and it was not worth it given the procedural costs. Do not trust, and if you are Brazilian forget it.
